I’m Diogo Neves, a UX/UI Designer focused on creating digital products, interfaces, and landing pages that combine usability, visual consistency, and business goals.

My work combines UI Design, Design Systems, CRO, and web design, always aiming to build clear, scalable, and conversion-oriented experiences. At Isonew, I worked on the development of landing pages and digital interfaces, Figma prototypes, marketing initiatives, and the evolution of ChatSAC, a SaaS product focused on WhatsApp-based customer service and automation.

Before going deeper into product and interface design, I built a multidisciplinary background across search engine evaluation, audio production, customer service, and creative projects. As a Search Engine Evaluator, I developed a more analytical eye for usability, interface quality, digital reputation, and user experience. In audio production, I worked with recording, editing, sound design, and audiovisual projects, which strengthened my attention to detail, rhythm, and storytelling.

I hold a postgraduate degree in Interaction Design for Digital Artifacts from CESAR School, a program that deepened my understanding of user-centered design, collaborative projects, and hands-on digital product development. I also studied Graphic Design and hold a degree in Phonographic Production, experiences that helped shape my creative, technical, and strategic approach.

Today, I use tools such as Figma, WordPress, GitHub, Claude, and Lovable to design and build interfaces that are not only visually consistent, but also useful, strategic, and ready to evolve.
